Overview

“Bette” mobile application is a platform where users can place their bets on either win or loss. The upcoming matches and their details come from third-party APIs, i.e., Sportspagefeed, whereas the admin can view the details of all users.

The “BetMe” application is very user-friendly and scalable. Initially, there are 6 sports categories mentioned, i.e., NBA, NFL, MLB, NCAAF & NCAAB. Against each category, users can view the details of upcoming matches and place a bet on the winning of any team.

Problem Statement

BetMe required a betting fraternity based on borrowing and lending money.

This platform requires more interaction as there is no such the platform where all the users come to one place and discuss their thoughts, motivate each other, ask for the Bet and share their achievements.

Challenge

To find a vendor that can provide Rapid APIs data related to sports altogether.

To meet the timeline considering that we get Rapid APIs and save it in our database to perform a crawl to get the job done. Another challenge is that the team logo is not available.

Solution

Octalyte comes up with an astonishing idea and aims to provide a viable solution

We created the Newsfeed/Community screen where all registered users can view and comment on each other posts. They can create a post (Textual/ Upload Images). User-created posts will show on their feeds option.

Outcome

Octalyte created the BetMe application to overcome the lacking of perfect planning.

  • Approximately more than 300 downloads have been done
  • Added a feature for sending or requesting coins in the wallet section to boost coin purchasing.
  • Added the feature to share bet wins or losses on the newsfeed
  • Satisfied and positive customer reviews
  • Worked on customer suggestions to improve user experience

BetMe was developed using react native and PHP – Laravel. This app can be used on both iOS and Android platforms to give a powerful foundation and high-performing structure. React native development formula helped us to integrate additional features in the app.

Customized BetMe Website

We created the website targeting your audience and added every feature to make it enticing.

We designed, developed, and launched an interactive website to help the client with marketing. The website theme and layout were based on the app design theme, and UI/UX screen designs of key app features were added to the website to highlight the main application features.
